Warranty
We're serious about performance.
Trimr gladly offers a 1 year limited warranty. If your bottle is not performing as you'd like, we will gladly replace it or make it right. For full warranty details, see below.
Warranty Details:
Trimr warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Trimr will either (1) repair the product defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. Trimr is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; or (b) to damage caused by using the product outside the intended uses described by Trimr.
